Who we are
Kirana Homestay Amed is a homestay in Amed, Karangasem, Bali. For any privacy question, write to contactkiranahomestay@gmail.com.
Enquiries through the form
The enquiry form does not send anything to a server. When you press the send button, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message built from what you typed (name, phone number, dates, room choice, extras and your note). You decide whether to send it.
Once you send the message, we receive it on WhatsApp and use it only to answer your enquiry and arrange your stay. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through WhatsApp.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and to organise your stay.
Cookies and similar storage
We use one necessary cookie that remembers your cookie choice. Optional analytics and marketing tools only run if you allow them. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, the hosting platform records technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use this data to identify visitors.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry messages and emails for as long as needed to answer them and handle your stay, then delete them unless we must keep them for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Send your request to the email address above. We follow Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
